"I have been training with Kiele since May of 2007. I was very hesitant at first to work individually with a trainer. I was unsure I could do the exercises and weight training that Kiele first showed me. My fears diminished quickly when I realized that I could do more than I thought. Kiele was very attentive and supportive helping me to let go of my fears of my limitations and see my possibilities.

I have recommended Kiele to many of my friends. She is very knowledgeable, complimentary, and motivational. She demonstrates and explains in detail every exercise. In the years past I have exercised and done about every fad diet out there which produced weight loss in the beginning but never sustained it. I train with Kiele three times a week and I have taken her Metabolism Makeover class. I have lost inches, body fat, weight and gained lean muscle. I feel trim, energized, stronger and enthusiastic for exercise as well as the new way that I eat. I do not deprive myself of any foods I desire, I eat more now than I ever have and with Kiele's training I have learned when to eat certain foods and when not to.
